The Science Behind the Platform
Over 15 years of R&D. Biomaterials the body treats as its own.
Manufacturing
From Cell to Regeneration
Other biomaterials start with a synthetic or animal-derived scaffold and try to make the body tolerate it. We invert that logic.
Human cells, cultured under controlled conditions, build their own extracellular matrix. We then remove the cellular material, leaving a biomaterial that is non-immunogenic, structurally intact, and ready for the body to remodel as its own.
Cell Seeding
Human cells from GMP-compliant cell banks are seeded onto a biodegradable polymer scaffold. This acts as the architectural framework that defines the shape while cells do the building.
As the cells grow, they secrete their own structural proteins: collagen, elastin, fibronectin. Layer by layer, they construct a living matrix from the inside out.

Dynamic Culture
Now the tissue is trained.
Huaju’s proprietary bioreactor system is the technological core of the platform. It mimics what the body does: pulsatile flow, calibrated pressure, precisely managed biochemistry. Under these forces, cells align their fibers and develop mechanical properties suited for clinical use.
The conditioning runs for several weeks under continuous monitoring. The result is tissue shaped by the forces it was built to withstand.
Decellularization
A proprietary process removes all cellular components, leaving a pure extracellular matrix scaffold. Free of cells. Free of nucleic acids. Effectively invisible to the immune system.
What remains retains its mechanical integrity, native architecture, and the molecular cues that signal the body to repopulate and remodel.
